The early bride gets the guests! Announce your day in style with a save-the-date card – keep it simple and your guests guessing…
Kick-start the anticipation of your big day, but keep it simple by including only the essential details. If your wedding is taking place in the summer months, on a weekday or during a holiday period, save-the-date cards are a must-have. Sent up to 18 months in advance, these miniature announcements state simply the date and location of your wedding, enabling guests to pencil in the big day and make the necessary arrangements. You might also consider enclosing a card detailing accommodation, travel and other helpful information, particularly if you are marrying abroad.
Envelopes are included and can be addressed. Save-the-date cards can be designed to match your invitation and embellished with a diamante, pearl or motif, but if you are haven’t got as far as colours and themes with your planning, keep them neutral in ivory or white and consider an envelope lining for a touch of flair.
